M bottom bag folding device

The bag body adopts U-shaped forming process, with two sides sealed in the middle and the bottom as a whole, so there is no dequmming and no risk of bottom peeling. With the bag-sorting device, batch stacking of paper bags can be realized.

Automatic flat rope threading device

The flat rope is automatically threaded, and the load-bearing capacity can reach more than 20KG throuah hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive and double-sided bonding on the inside of the bag mouth.

Quick mold change function

The bag specifications can quickly change bag specifications and increase the speed of product change and machine adiustment.

Eauipment adopts full-servo bus control

Equipment adopts auto feeder

The equipment adopts automatic feeding by feeder, which is stable and accurate. The bag mouth adopts automatic head card patch plus folding three-layer structure, which makes the bag mouth more firmly stressed.The bag mouth is rounded around the inner fold, and there is no overlap gap in the middle seal on both sides and it has double load-bearing capacity.

Feeding of 2,000-meter rolled flat rope

The flat rope of the drum is fed, and the wrinkles on the flat rope can be ironed through the flat rope ironing process, which improves the production stability.

Hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive

Hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive is used as the middle sealing adhesive, which has high temperature resistance and strong adhesion.

The inside of the bag is glued after the opening is closed

It won't bounce back, making it easy to take out items inside.
